We offer exclusive pre-order access for upcoming sunglasses styles to give our customers early priority on limited and high-demand releases.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order means you are reserving a pair of LosReyes sunglasses before it is available to ship. This guarantees you secure your selection before it sells out and helps us plan production more efficiently.

Estimated Shipping Dates

Estimated shipping timelines are clearly listed on each product page. Please keep in mind:

• All dates are estimates and may shift due to unforeseen delays in production or logistics.

• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready.

If your item is delayed more than 14 days beyond the estimated ship date, you may request a full refund and cancel your order by contacting our team at support@shoplosreyes.com

Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or modified after they are placed, unless the delay exceeds 14 days.

• Refunds will only be issued if the item is defective or delayed beyond the 14-day grace period outlined above.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your pre-order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Orders are shipped using the method selected at checkout.

Split Orders

If you'd like to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders:

• One for pre-order items

• One for in-stock items

This ensures faster delivery of available items while reserving your future styles.
