Return & Exchange Policy

At LosReyes, your satisfaction matters to us. While we do not offer refunds, we make it easy to exchange items or receive store credit if your order meets our eligibility requirements.

Eligibility for Exchanges or Store Credit

You may request a free exchange or store credit if:

• You contact us within 30 days of delivery

• The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Your order was shipped within the U.S.

This applies to regular orders, BOGO promotions, and pre-sale orders.
For pre-sale items, requests may be submitted after your full order has been delivered.

How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

To start a return, email support@shoplosreyes.com with:

1. Your order number

2. The item you want to exchange

3. The reason for your request

4. A photo, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
Return shipping is free, and approved exchanges are shipped via Economy Shipping (5–8 business days).

Inspection Process

When your return arrives, our team will inspect it to confirm:

• The item is unused, unmarked, unworn

• The item is free from scratches, scuffs, or damage

Only after this inspection will your store credit (digital gift card with no expiration) be issued or your exchange shipped.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items marked Final Sale

• Returns received more than 30 days after delivery

• Items that are worn, used, scratched, or damaged

• Returns sent without prior approval

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by our products and want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may choose between:

• A free exchange, or

• Store credit (digital gift card, never expires)

Please note: Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Klarna Customers Only

If your purchase was made using Klarna, the following additional terms apply:

Refunds for Klarna Orders

• Klarna orders are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging for sanitary reasons.

• Store credit and exchanges are not applicable to Klarna purchases.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original Klarna payment method within 14 business days of receiving your return.
